Have students trace one or both (depending on if they have 5 or 10 things to memorize) of their hands onto construction paper. In each finger have students give 1-3 words (and maybe a picture) that describes a the fact to be memorized. On the second finger they can write "Bear Arms" for the short meaning on the 2nd amendment.
